The Fall Softball Program at San Jose American Little League is designed to give players of all skill levels the opportunity to play softball in a more relaxed environment with a less demanding schedule than the Spring Season. The less rigid schedule of fall softball lets coaches focus on training and development, particularly in the younger players. Fall softball is the perfect opportunity for players looking to move up in the spring to test out a higher division in a less competitive setting. 

Key Details:

** Season runs from the beginning of September through early November. 

** One to two practices per week. Games on Sundays.

** Mandatory Evaluation on Saturday, August 24th for any players interested in and eligible for the AA or AAA divisions.

A/Tee Ball/6U: 5 - 6 Years Old. May also include some 4 year old's. This program serves as an introduction to the sport. Players have the option to hit off of a coach pitcher or a tee. 

AA/8U: 7 - 8 Years Old. May also include some 9 Year old's. This is the first division in which players pitch. 

AAA/10U: 9 - 10 Years Old. May also include some 11 Year old's.

Majors/12U: 11 - 12 Years Old.

If it is necessary to withdraw a player from the program, refunds will be provided as follows:

-Withdrawal prior to Team Formation – 100% minus $15.00 registration fee.

-Withdrawal after team formation will be considered by the San Jose American Little League Board of Directors on an individual basis.
