The Little League Tournament of Champions (TOC) is a postseason event for the AAA & Majors Divisions that features the top District 12 teams from each League, in each Division.

Unlike the Little League World Series, which involves all-star teams made up of selected players from each League, the TOC is for Regular Season AAA & Majors Division Champion teams. The tournament is held to recognize these champions and provide a competitive, fun conclusion to the season. It's the first step in postseason play and is organized at the District Level.
